What we collect

  • Discord profile — your user ID, username, display name and avatar when you log in (OAuth2 identify scope).
  • Your servers — the list of servers you are in (OAuth2 guilds scope), kept only in your session so you can list servers you manage.
  • Activity — votes, reviews, reports and listings you create.
  • Technical data — a salted, one-way hash of your IP address on votes to prevent abuse, plus standard server logs.

How we use it

To run the service, show public profiles and listings, prevent fraud and vote manipulation, and notify bot owners about votes (their webhook receives your Discord user ID).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Bot/server owners receive the Discord IDs of users who vote for them through webhooks and the API.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. Your theme preference is stored in your browser.

Retention & deletion

Individual vote records are deleted after 60 days; only aggregate counts are kept. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting the site administrators.
